I am a child psychologist supporting children aged 3 to 12 and their parents, with a particular focus on high sensitivity, emotional regulation, anxiety and fears, self-esteem, relationships and parenting support.

Sometimes your child is struggling. Sometimes parenting feels overwhelming, confusing, or simply different from what you imagined. And sometimes you may just need a space to talk, feel heard, and make sense of what is happening.

You don't need to wait until there is a “big problem” to ask for support.

I work individually with children experiencing:

• high sensitivity and sensory or emotional overwhelm
• intense emotions or difficulties with emotional regulation
• anxiety or fears
• low self-esteem or lack of confidence
• shyness or difficulty expressing themselves
• difficulties expressing needs or setting boundaries
• challenges in friendships and peer relationships

With children, I use age-appropriate therapeutic tools such as play, drawing and creative activities, adapting the work to each child's personality and needs.

Parents are welcome to come on their own, too. I offer parent consultations, support and guidance for those who would like to better understand their child, strengthen their relationship, navigate boundaries or everyday parenting challenges, or simply have a safe, non-judgmental space to talk. I also support parents who feel overwhelmed by parenthood, have lost a sense of themselves since having a child, or find that parenting feels very different from what they expected.

Parent consultations don't have to be connected to your child being in therapy. Depending on your family's needs, we may work with your child individually, meet with you as parents, or combine both.

I also understand that raising a family away from home can bring its own challenges. Having lived in three different countries myself, I am familiar with some of the experiences international and multicultural families may face when adapting to a new environment or navigating family life between different languages and cultures.

I have a particular interest in high sensitivity and hold the Highly Sensitive Child Practitioner certification. My approach is integrative, attachment-informed and tailored to each child and family.

I hold a Master's degree in Psychology and have completed postgraduate studies in Psychological Diagnosis in Clinical Practice at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Poland. I have gained experience with children and families across a variety of clinical, educational and care settings and continue to develop my knowledge through ongoing professional training.
