Je suis très heureux de mon premier contact avec Alexandre pour une consultation générale. On devrait normalement parler de ‘consultation dans le cabinet d’un alcoologue’, je préférerais évoquer un entretien chaleureux, un peu comme si on rendait visite à un ami bienveillant. Ce n’était pas évident pour moi de franchir le premier pas pour aborder avec un professionnel ma dépendance à l’alcool ; en fait, c’est après avoir suivi l’émission ‘Tendances Première’ du 11 août intitulée « Alexandre Béhier, d'alcoolique à alcoologue » que je me suis décidé : en radio, un invité qui m’était inconnu m’avait paru à la fois très compétent, profondément humain… et sympathique ! Notre rencontre, peu de temps après, a tout à fait confirmé ce sentiment, mais, au-delà de ses conseils et de son écoute, c’est surtout la dimension rayonnante d’Alexandre qui m’a impressionnée… Comment mieux motiver ses ‘patients’ qu’en incarnant soi-même le bien-être ?
