Psychologue et psychothérapeute diplômée, j’exerce en tant qu’indépendante au sein de mon cabinet, où j’accompagne adolescents, adultes et couples dans une démarche d’écoute, de compréhension et de changement.

Mon approche se veut bienveillante, personnalisée et centrée sur la relation thérapeutique. Ainsi, il peut s'agir d'un accompagnement ponctuel comme d'un accompagnement sur du plus long therme.

Spécialisée en psychologie clinique, j’interviens sur diverses problématiques telles que l'addiction, l’anxiété, la dépression, les troubles relationnels, les transitions de vie (divorce, naissance, deuil,...) ou encore les questionnements identitaires.

Chaque accompagnement est unique : je propose un cadre sécurisant et confidentiel pour permettre à chacun d’exprimer ses difficultés, d’explorer ses ressources, et d’avancer à son rythme vers un mieux-être.

Je consulte en français et en espagnol, en présentiel à Laeken. La vidéo consultation est également possible si nécessaire.

I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.

Psychologue clinicienne à Uccle, j’accompagne enfants, adolescents et adultes confrontés à l’anxiété, au stress, au burn-out, aux difficultés scolaires, aux troubles émotionnels ou aux périodes de transition de vie.

Sensible aux enjeux interculturels, j’accueille également les personnes et familles vivant des questionnements liés à l’identité, à la double culture, à l’expatriation ou aux décalages générationnels.

Mon approche est systémique, attentive au parcours de chacun et adaptée au rythme individuel, dans un cadre bienveillant et structurant.

As a psychologist, my approach is mainly based on individual contact with the person in difficulty, the interview and the in-depth examination of his/her situation and problems. Therapeutic solutions are then discussed with the person. The aim of the therapy is to make the patient aware of the problem(s) as quickly as possible and then to start a therapeutic process. Psychotherapy, support and counselling are exclusively individual. Psychotherapy on the theme of postnatal depression is offered in individual consultation or in group therapy. Discussion groups are offered to adolescents and their parents on the subject of school bullying.

After my studies in psychology at ULB, I moved to the business world where I give training and, at the same time, I started as a psychotherapist. I welcome you every Friday afternoon at 1180 Uccle, at the Mimosa Paramedical Centre, rue du Ham, 126. And every Saturday morning in 1640 Rhode-Saint-Genèse at the Mimosa Paramedical Centre, avenue de la Forêt de Soignes, 25.

Florence Hougardy welcomes you at the Centre Mimosa (25 avenue de la Forêt de Soignes, 1640 Rhode-Saint-Genèse) on Friday afternoons from 2pm to 7pm and the rest of the week at her private practice (51, avenue des Cèdres, Rhode-Saint-Genèse) for psychological appointments. The price of a consultation is 50€ for 45 min (teenager/adult) or 40€ for 30 min (child under 13). You are in good hands.
