I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.

I am 46 years old and I am a systemic psychologist/psychotherapist. I work mainly with couples and families, but also with individuals. The people who have consulted me say that I am a gentle, calm person and that I am very invested in the interviews. They also say that I am atypical compared to the psychologist colleagues they have known, and that this characteristic is experienced in a very positive way for them. When I presented my family and personal history in my second year of postgraduate training in systemic psychology, one of the things that Ms. E. Goldbeter said to me was, "You sound like you're telling the story of a 70-year-old man, when you're only 36. You have done a lot of things in life...". Indeed, I am 46 years old and I am now a psychologist, a psychotherapist, since two years a lecturer at the University of Liege as an expert in psychology, a photographer and a musician, who puts together his different life experiences to try to make them useful in psychological meetings. I often use metaphor, humor, but also music, photography, and many other things in order to make the suffering situation presented to me as simple, clear, explicit and intelligible as possible for everyone. This collective understanding is often linked to the beginning of the resolution of the problem(s). When couples, families or individuals come to my office, I always explain to them certain points to which I pay particular attention: communication, emotions, family history, the feeling of justice and injustice experienced between people. Psychologue clinicienne agréée à la Commission belge des Psychologues, référencée au numéro 932226806, je suis diplômée d'un Master en sciences psychologiques, à finalité spécialisée en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles. Je suis également coach de vie et coach pédagogique. Il est important pour moi de m'outiller au mieux et dans différents domaines afin de vous pour proposer un accompagnement le plus complet possible. J'ai étudié la psychologie clinique car il m'est primordial de travailler sur le fond et sur la source du problème. Cependant, je trouve important de vous proposer un accompagnement proactif, c'est pour cette raison que j'ai ajouté le coaching à mon arc. Travailler sur le fond tout en s'outillant de petites tâches à accomplir au quotidien est donc ma manière d'aborder le travail thérapeutique. Mon approche se veut douce, bienveillante, authentique mais est aussi orientée vers l’action. Mon travail se nourrit de diverses approches théoriques et pratiques (TCC, sexocorporelle, sexofonctionnelle, langage de l'amour, langage érotique, thérapie mosaic…).

Je vous reçois tous les lundis et mardis dans mon cabinet à Uccle, les mercredis et jeudis en visioconférence et les vendredis au Centre Médical MesaCosa à la Chasse.

You can therefore benefit from partial reimbursement for psychological consultation sessions, in accordance with the conditions established by your mutual insurance company. My area of ​​expertise is focused on adults, as individuals, as a couple or as a family, from the age of 18. Currently, I am engaged in continuing education to obtain the inter-university certificate in alcoholology. Mr. Jeromy Hrabovecky is a psychologist and neuropsychologist graduated from the Free University of Brussels. He specializes in emotions and mood, cognitive assessments and trauma. Holder of a master's degree in Psychology, neuropsychology and Victimology and Psycho-traumatology, he will accompany you in his office located at Central Station, Rue des Colonnies 11.
