Je suis psychologue clinicienne, diplômée d’un Master en sciences psychologiques, à finalité spécialisée en psychologie clinique, obtenu à l’Université Catholique de Louvain. Je suis agréée par la Commission des Psychologues. J’accompagne les adolescents et les adultes en cabinet et en visioconsultation.

Mon approche se fonde sur l’écoute active, l'empathie, la bienveillance et le respect de la singularité de chacun.e. Je vous offre un espace pour être entendu.e sans jugement et avancer à votre rythme, vers une meilleure compréhension de vous-même et un équilibre de vie plus harmonieux.

Je propose un accompagnement centré sur les émotions et le bien-être (stress, anxiété, dépression, insomnie, burn-out, rumination mentale, angoisses du quotidien…), les épreuves personnelles (deuil, séparation, perte de repères, questionnements existentiels…), les relations et la communication (couple, famille, gestion des conflits, affirmation de soi, peur du jugement, relations avec autrui…), ainsi que l’équilibre de vie (retrouver sérénité et mieux gérer ses émotions…).

Clinical psychologist graduated from UCLouvain, I specialize in the Person-Centered and Experiential approach founded by Carl Rogers (University certificate in PCPE at UCLouvain). My experiences in Belgium and abroad have been through contact with individuals with varied profiles, suffering from social isolation, with mood disorders or even with or without disabilities. I will support you in working through your difficulties and your personal journey. In work, among other things, anxiety, mourning, burnout, depressive feelings, isolation, search for meaning. My work is rooted in a humanist approach to therapeutic work which is expressed in the care I pay to empathy, unconditional positive consideration of the person and authenticity.

I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.

Ms. Kints is a psychologist with over 10 years of experience. She is a clinical psychologist and offers consultations for children, adolescents, adults and seniors. She has a degree in psychology obtained in 2000, as well as a diploma of complementary studies obtained in 2001. She is also specialized as a family and couple therapist. She is a member of several associations and also performs psychotherapy thanks to her various trainings. With more than 10 years of experience in family planning and in private practice, she will be happy to receive you and help you during the consultations she offers in her private practice in Braine-Le-Château.

Madame Florence Bierlaire est une psychologue avec 25 années d'expérience. Elle est spécialiste des troubles sexuels et alimentaires ainsi que des troubles liés au stress et à l'anxiété. Elle est diplômée de Paris Descartes et exerce depuis 1994. Elle est membre de différentes associations telles que SSUB, Alter-psy, ASCliF ou encore l'ABP . Elle se fera un plaisir de vous recevoir dans son cabinet à Saint-Gilles.

My area of ​​expertise is focused on adults, as individuals, as a couple or as a family, from the age of 18. Currently, I am engaged in continuing education to obtain the inter-university certificate in alcoholology. L’Hypnose conversationnelle stratégique-PTR (Psychothérapie du Trauma Réassociative) est une hypnose dans laquelle le.la consultant.te et l'hypnothérapeute conversent et où le.la consultant.e est invité.e à prendre une part active dans le processus.

Cette manière de pratiquer l’hypnose et développée par Gérald Brassine est inspirée des travaux de M.H. Erickson et de Kay Thompson. Elle permet au thérapeute de travailler en étant, à tout instant, le plus proche possible des besoins du. de la consultant.e tout en le.la protégeant, par exemple, de reviviscences et autres douleurs possibles en séance.
