I have a degree in Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences (ULB-1994), and I completed my university career with a Certificate in Psychotherapeutic Clinics (ULB-1995). In order to be able to respond in a personalized and efficient way to requests, I continued to train myself in the tools of brief therapy both for individual sessions (LPNL, hypnosis, EFT, logosynthesis, ..) and for couple sessions (positive psycho-sexology).

Coaching classiques, coaching avec zoothérapie et/ou médiation par l'animal ce compris l'hippothérapie, la massothérapie et les massages de relaxation et d'apprentissage du "lâcher prise".

As a psychologist and sexologist based in Brussels, I support your journey towards well-being, whether you're dealing with mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, phobias, or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I also welcome individuals seeking self-discovery or simply looking to enhance their well-being, even without specific concerns.

I specialise in sleep disorders and difficulties related to sexuality, including sexual orientation, gender identity, and relationship problems. I offer caring and inclusive psychological support (LGBTQIA+), adapted to your specific needs.

My practice is based on cognitive-behavioral and emotional therapies, such as ACT therapy (acceptance and commitment therapy) and schema therapy, to help you build a more fulfilled and balanced life. My approach is centered on individuals and couples, with the aim of promoting your well-being and personal development. 

I am a psychologist and psychotherapist, and am trained in brief therapy, hypnosis and systemic therapy. I see adolescents, adults and couples for consultations that last between 45 and 60 minutes. Here are some issues that might prompt you to come to me: separation, difficult bereavement, unhappiness, depression, burn-out at work or in the family, anxiety, phobia, experiencing chronic pain, complicated and/or abusive family relationships, trauma, communication difficulties, feelings of isolation, dropping out of school, ...

After a few years of practice, I believe that we offer a better quality of listening and presence to those who are at the interaction of our interests and our clinical experience. This is why I prefer to see adolescents and adults with a strong artistic sensibility, but who suffer from depression, anxiety and eating disorders, which are all invisible vulnerability factors; and I am happy to listen to people who have experienced a history of violence, which impacts their emotional and professional choices as well as their self-esteem.
