Dans le cadre du suivi, j’utilise une balance à impédancemétrie, qui permet d’évaluer la composition corporelle (masse grasse, masse musculaire, hydratation…). Cet outil aide à fixer des objectifs autres que le simple chiffre sur la balance et à mieux visualiser les bénéfices des changements d’habitudes alimentaires sur la santé.

Mon objectif est de vous aider à mieux comprendre votre alimentation, à retrouver une relation plus sereine avec la nourriture et à avancer à votre rythme, sans jugement. Chaque suivi est individualisé et s’inscrit, lorsque c’est nécessaire, dans une prise en charge coordonnée avec les autres professionnels de santé.
