After graduating in clinical psychology at the ULB, Florianne Siegrist trained in family and systemic therapy at the CEFS (Center for Family and System Studies), then in brief therapy and hypnosis with Thierry Melchior. She has also been trained in RTP (Reassociative Trauma Psychotherapy) with Gerald Brassine. She consults in French, English and receives school children, teenagers, adults, couples and families in her private practice in Dion le Val, near Wavre and Louvain la Neuve. In my practice in Brussels I receive adults for individual therapy. The issues with which I work the most are addictions, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, migratory grief of expats, stress, as well as problems of couple, sexuality, and problems related to the acceptance of sexual orientation and gender identity (LGBTIQ+). Psychotherapy is a very useful tool for people suffering from depression, anxiety or worry over a prolonged period of time, by people who see that they have problems that are affecting their physical and emotional well-being or people who do not see themselves capable of facing an event such as a new job, a divorce or mourning for the loss of a family member.

Graduated in psychology and educational sciences in 2009, I have worked in various sectors of clinical psychology. I first worked with children and adolescents suffering from autism, psychosis and severe neurosis, and then opened my own practice. Trained in psychoanalytical and systemic practices, I now work both as a clinical manager in a child psychiatric hospital and as a psychotherapist with a varied patient base, children, adolescents or adults, in individual, couple and/or family settings. I treat various psychological disorders (attachment disorders, addiction, depression, anxiety, burn-out, school drop-out, autism spectrum disorders, psychotic disorders, ...).

I am 46 years old and I am a systemic psychologist/psychotherapist. I work mainly with couples and families, but also with individuals. The people who have consulted me say that I am a gentle, calm person and that I am very invested in the interviews. They also say that I am atypical compared to the psychologist colleagues they have known, and that this characteristic is experienced in a very positive way for them. When I presented my family and personal history in my second year of postgraduate training in systemic psychology, one of the things that Ms. E. Goldbeter said to me was, "You sound like you're telling the story of a 70-year-old man, when you're only 36. You have done a lot of things in life...". Indeed, I am 46 years old and I am now a psychologist, a psychotherapist, since two years a lecturer at the University of Liege as an expert in psychology, a photographer and a musician, who puts together his different life experiences to try to make them useful in psychological meetings. I often use metaphor, humor, but also music, photography, and many other things in order to make the suffering situation presented to me as simple, clear, explicit and intelligible as possible for everyone. This collective understanding is often linked to the beginning of the resolution of the problem(s). When couples, families or individuals come to my office, I always explain to them certain points to which I pay particular attention: communication, emotions, family history, the feeling of justice and injustice experienced between people. Focusing on these different points is often a key to solving the problem...

Je suis psychologue clinicienne et psychothérapeute spécialisée en Thérapie Cognitive et Comportementale (TCC) et en hypnothérapie. Je prends en charge les enfants, adolescents et adultes confrontés à des difficultés anxieuses, traumatiques ou émotionnelles.

Ma pratique s'appuie sur des protocoles scientifiques validés, combinant la rigueur de la TCC pour traiter les phobies, les troubles paniques, les TOCs, les états de stress post-traumatique, etc avec les techniques d'hypnose Ericksonienne. Cette approche intégrative permet d'accéder aux ressources inconscientes et de renforcer l'efficacité du suivi.

Lors des premières consultations, nous procédons ensemble à un protocole structuré comprenant : une évaluation complète incluant des entretiens cliniques et l'utilisation d'outils validés. Sur cette base, nous définissons des objectifs thérapeutiques concrets et établissons un plan de traitement personnalisé, intégrant des techniques de TCC et si nécessaire, d'hypnose adaptées à votre situation. Nous faisons le point sur vos progrès et ajustons les techniques si besoin.

Diplômée en psychologie en 2001 à l'UCL, je me suis d'abord formée à la psychothérapie avec les enfants puis à l'accompagnement des tout-petits (0 - 3 ans). Rencontrer un enfant ne se fait pas sans écouter, et parfois accompagner, ceux qui l'entourent et l'aident à grandir. Progressivement, je me suis donc également formée à travailler avec des adultes, parents ou pas. Aujourd'hui, je reçois tous ceux, petits et grands, qui à un moment de leur vie rencontrent une difficulté, s'interrogent ou sont en souffrance.

Actuellement, je ne suis pas en mesure de recevoir de nouveaux et nouvelles patient.e.s. Merci de votre compréhension.

Psychologue clinicienne (ULB) et psychothérapeute (IFISAM) depuis près de 20 ans, je travaille et continue de me former selon les orientations analytique et systémique. Je reçois des enfants (dès 4 ans), des adolescents et leurs parents, ainsi que des adultes.

Je consulte pour de nombreux types de problématiques : difficultés de comportement, de développement et scolaires, anxiété, déprime, séparations difficiles, problèmes relationnels dans la famille, problématiques adolescentaires, identitaires, questions existentielles, difficultés professionnelles,...

Parallèlement à cette pratique privée, je travaille depuis une quinzaine d’années comme psychologue en milieu scolaire (tous niveaux d’enseignement et dans différents milieux socio-économiques).
