If your practitioner doesn't show up in the list, it means they don't have a profile on our page yet. You can refer them directly to our website by clicking here and filling in the contact details of your practitioner.
You can refine your search request with one of our filters:

Type in first box of the search balk the first letters of the Name of the practitioner or medical centre you would like to book an appointment with.
Select from the drop down list the practitioner or medical centre you are looking for.
Click on the Red Search button.
Go to the doctoranytime.be website.
Type in first box of the search balk, the first letters of the Specialist you would like to book an appointment with.
Select from the drop down list the specialty you are looking for.
Type in the second box of the search balk, the first letters of the City you would like the specialist to be based in. Select from the drop down list the city you are looking for.
Click on the Red Search button.
Once you have chosen a practitioner, you can continue with the following steps:
Select the BOOK AN APPOINTMENT button on the profile page of the practitioner.
Choose the hour which is most convenient for you. Be careful! In some cases, you will be able to choose the practice you would like to visit as well. Make sure you choose the right practice for you.
Choose the service or reason you are visiting this practitioner.
Optional: Add a personal message to the practitioner.
Fill in your personal information to register as new user or sign in with your email and password if you are a registered user on doctoranytime already.
Click on NEXT STEP.
Verify the appointment details. Click on SUBMIT.
a) By calling the practitioner or our customer service or
b) By clicking on the CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT button in the confirmation email that is sent to you. This button will bring you to the doctoranytime.be homepage from which you can follow the previously explained process.
The specialists can personalize their cancellation policy. If needed, you’ll be able to cancel your appointment through doctoranytime up to 1-48 hours prior to its starting time, depending on the specialist. Past the cancellation window, you’ll need to notify them directly by phone.
You can immediately check your upcoming appointments on MY PAGE. To view previous appointments, go to MY APPOINTMENTS. To view reviews given in the past, go to REVIEWS.
What is doctoranytime chat?
The Medical Chat is a paid service provided by Doctoranytime. The purpose is to help patients find reliable answers to their medical questions, without requiring an appointment with a doctor.
The purpose of this service is provide medical advice but can't remplace in any case a visit to the doctor. Therefore no electronic prescriptions and medical certificate can be attributed trough the Medical Chat.
Who are the available doctors ?
All the available doctors are checked for the validity of their data and have a license to practice in Belgium.
What about privacy and data protection?
The data of the users are stored in a secure databases. The conversations are anonymous and are not stored. In order for the users to receive an optimal service, the only information that is shared with the doctors are through the name, gender, age, national registration number and ID card number.
What is the refund policy ?
You will be refunded if the Medical Chat did not take place or if you encountered a technical problem preventing the reception of the answer. In these cases you can send an email to [email protected] and our team will contact you within 2 business days.
What are the prerequisites for a Video Consultation?
You can perform the Video Consultation from all your devices with an internet connection (smartphone, tablet, computer). You don’t need to download anything, you will receive a secure link which gives you access to the Video Consultation.

How to book an appointment for a Video Consultation?
Book an appointment for a Video Consultation in just a few steps:
Since the Video Consultations will take place online, you don't need to take into consideration the location of the practice.
The types of consultation offered for Video Consultation are not the same as the ones in the practice.
- If you had booked an appointment in the past on doctoranytime, you can click on “REGISTERED USER” and fill in your username and password.
- If this is the first time you book an appointment, you need to fill in all the information asked under “NEW USER”.
This step allows you to make an appointment for another person (child, parent, etc).

Note : You can always cancel your appointment up till 24 hours before the appointment.
How to pay for my Video Consultation?
If your practitioner has activated the Online Payment and you have filled in all your personal details, you can proceed to the payment of your consultation. It is important to note that at the moment when you make the appointment, you only authorise the paiement (bank imprint) and that you will only be debited at the end of the consultation.
At this point you authorize doctoranytime to deduct the amount of the consultation on your account. It is important to note that your bank account will only be debited after the consultation.
You will not be charged if:
- Your practitioner cancelled the appointment
- If you cancel the appointment outside the 24 hours prior the appointment.
Attention : Your bank imprint is registered for a period of 7 days. If your consultation takes place after this period, you will be asked to authorise the payment again before the Video Consultation.
How to connect to the Video Consultation?
The day of the consultation you will need to connect with the virtual waiting room. This can be done in three ways:

How to get reimbursed for the Video Consultation?
The amount will only be withdrawn from your account after the consultation. Therefore you will not be charged if:
