Diplômée d’un Master en Psychologie clinique et psychopathologie de l’Université libre de Bruxelles (Bruxelles, Belgique), et d’un diplôme universitaire en accompagnement au deuil de l’Université d’Amiens en France ( UPJV), j’ai une longue expérience en milieu scolaire auprès d’enfants, d’adolescents et de jeunes adultes.

Egalement formée à l’ Education affective, relationnelle et sexuelle, à l’écoute active, à l’approche thérapeutique EMDR ("Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing") pour les adultes et en cours de formation en psychothérapie familiale et systémique, c’est dans une démarche intégrative que je propose un accompagnement centré sur vos besoins, tout en mobilisant vos ressources. Je souhaite vous aider à mieux gérer vos relations à vous-même et aux autres et ce dans un cadre soutenant.

Après une expérience professionnelle en santé mentale qui m’a permis d’appréhender le suivi de deuil après suicide et la prise en charge de la crise suicidaire, j’ai souhaité développer mon activité en privé auprès de différents publics (adultes et adolescents) afin de répondre à des demandes diverses (Estime de soi, troubles anxieux, accompagnement au deuil, idées suicidaires, gestion des émotions, difficultés relationnelles, parentalité…).
