I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.

Je suis psychologue clinicien et psychothérapeute, spécialisé dans l’accompagnement des adultes faisant face à des difficultés émotionnelles, relationnelles ou liées à des événements de vie marquants.

Ma pratique repose principalement sur deux approches complémentaires :

• Les thérapies cognitivo-comportementales (TCC), qui visent à identifier et transformer les pensées et comportements sources de souffrance.
• La thérapie EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), particulièrement indiquée dans le traitement des traumatismes, du stress post-traumatique et de certaines formes de dépression.

J’accueille principalement une population adulte, mais je reste ouvert à d’autres publics lorsque la demande s’inscrit dans mes compétences cliniques. Mon approche se veut bienveillante, collaborative et centrée sur les besoins du patient, afin de favoriser un cheminement vers plus de bien-être et d’autonomie.

Psychotherapist in brief therapy which aims at relieving suffering in a sustainable and least invasive way. The interviews offer a space to express the problems in order to explore the lived experience in order to elaborate a therapeutic work to manage the difficulties related to stress, anxiety, anguish, impulsivity, management of the emotions. EMDR therapist (level 1) for the treatment of traumas (post-traumatic stress states) and/or recent difficult life events that may have developed symptoms. Reassociative Trauma Therapy (RTT) Hypnotherapist RTT is a therapeutic tool practiced with strategic conversational hypnosis that is used to treat difficult memories with the goal of reassociating and rebalancing the different cognitive, emotional and physical perceptions in order to decrease its affective load and regain a normal tolerance threshold. Hypnotherapy is a complementary tool to EMDR therapy. Are you experiencing difficulties or symptoms following one or more recent events or a difficult life path?
