Cette approche, également appelée “centrée sur la personne”, accorde une importance primordiale à l'empathie et au potentiel humain. Elle me permet de vous accompagner dans la compréhension de vous-même, dans le dépassement de vos difficultés et dans l’émergence de vos ressources personnelles.


Mon objectif est de vous accueillir dans ce nouvel espace où vous pouvez déposer ce qui vous pèse, dans un climat de bienveillance, et de bénéficier d’un suivi adapté à votre rythme et à vos besoins. 


Diplômé d’un Master en Psychologie clinique et Psychopathologie, ainsi que d’un Master en Neuropsychologie et développement cognitif, j’accorde également une attention particulière aux dimensions cognitives, attentionnelles et neurologiques qui peuvent influencer votre quotidien.

Un neuro-psychologue avec qui on se sent tout de suite à l’aise. Son écoute, sa bienveillance et sa façon d’expliquer les choses apportent beaucoup de clarté et de réconfort. Il prend vraiment le temps de comprendre et d’accompagner avec douceur. Je le recommande sans hésiter !
