-Déséquilibre entre vie professionnelle, familiale et personnelle, avec l’impression que “tout est trop”.

-Transitions de vie et besoin d’un soutien pour les traverser.


Ensemble, nous explorons votre vécu, vos schémas relationnels et vos ressources, afin de redonner de la clarté et du souffle à votre quotidien.
