Grâce à mon expérience dans l’accompagnement de personnes confrontées à des situations de crise ou de rupture, j’ai développé une capacité à accueillir les moments d’intensité émotionnelle, de confusion ou de souffrance, qui peuvent devenir des opportunités de mieux se comprendre.

Que vous traversiez un burn-out, des tensions relationnelles ou une période de doute, je vous propose un espace d’écoute et de réflexion. Mon expertise en psychologie clinique et en bien-être au travail me permet de vous proposer des outils concrets pour gérer le stress, prévenir l’épuisement et avancer vers des solutions qui vous correspondent.
