As a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, and founder of Nova Lotus – Psychology & Well-being Centre in Brussels, I support adults and young adults who are going through periods of difficulty, uncertainty, transition, or change in their lives.

My work is based on an integrative and personalised approach. I adapt the therapeutic process to each person’s needs, pace, and individual history, drawing in particular on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and stress-management techniques.

I place particular importance on creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely and develop a better understanding of what you are going through. The aim of the therapeutic process is to help you gradually develop practical resources, greater self-awareness, and increased psychological flexibility in the face of life’s challenges.

Having an international background myself and working daily in a multicultural environment, I am also particularly sensitive to issues related to expatriation, migration, cultural adjustment, and the sense of belonging.

Consultations are offered to adults in French, English, and Turkish at Nova Lotus, located in the heart of Brussels’ European Quarter.

 FIRST-LINE CONSULTATIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PEOPLE UNDER 24 WITH VALID (NON-PRIVATE) HEALTH INSURANCE.
