En tant que psychologue formé à l'approche systémique et aux outils issues de la thérapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC), ma pratique thérapeutique intègre les principes et les techniques de ces deux courants de la psychologie. Je vous offre un environnement où la liberté d'expression et l'épanouissement personnel sont essentiels. Sans porter de jugement, je suis là pour vous écouter et vous guider vers un état de mieux-être. Ma démarche vise non seulement à alléger la souffrance, mais également à proposer des alternatives tant sur le plan comportemental que réflexif. Dans cette perspective, je propose des thérapies individuelles et familiales. Je suis spécialisé dans l'accompagnement de diverses problématiques : confiance en soi, anxiété, crises d'angoisse, dépression, TOC, phobies, traumatisme, ainsi que les dépendances, qu'elles soient liées à des substances (drogues, médicaments...) ou à des comportements (addictions sexuelles...). Je suis également formé en EMDR et je propose des séances pour traiter les traumatismes au moyen de cette technique.
