As a licensed clinical psychologist, I have been working for more than 20 years, first on the present, on the patient's emotions, in order to relieve them as quickly as possible. Then, once they are "liberated" and if they so desire, a more in-depth work can be carried out by going, among other things, to look for the most important experiences of their past. The patient-therapist relationship takes place face to face where a dialogue is established with therapeutic warmth, empathy, congruence, authenticity and trust.
