Je propose un accompagnement psychologique orienté TCC, adapté à votre rythme et à vos besoins, que vous traversiez une période difficile, que vous souhaitiez mieux vous comprendre ou simplement prendre soin de votre santé mentale. 

Je privilégie une écoute active et authentique, et je vous accompagne pas à pas dans la compréhension de ce que vous vivez. Je m’adresse aux enfants, adolescent.e.s,  jeunes adultes et adultes.
