Grâce à mon expérience hospitalière, je suis habituée à aider des patients présentant des problématiques très différentes. Mon approche se veut globale et bienveillante. J’accompagne ainsi des personnes confrontées à des problématiques variées telles que des troubles anxieux, de la dépression, un deuil, la gestion des émotions, des conflits familiaux ou encore des difficultés liées à l’estime de soi. Que ce soit pour des suivis de courte ou longue durée, mon objectif est de proposer un soutien adapté aux besoins de chaque patient. Je suis formée à la psychothérapie systémique qui permet d'aborder le patient, le couple ou la famille en prenant en compte les enjeux de tout l’environnement.

Première séance très positive pour ma fille de 13 ans. La psychologue a su la mettre en confiance dès le début, avec beaucoup de douceur et d’écoute. Ma fille s’est sentie à l’aise pour parler, ce qui est rare pour elle. La psychologue est douce, à l’écoute et très professionnelle!Nous avons hâte de poursuivre le suivi.
