Je suis passionnée par la santé, la nutrition et la physiologie digestive. Diététicienne-nutritionniste de formation, je suis agréée par le SPF Santé publique. Le titre de diététicien est réglementé en Belgique, son exercice est encadré par l’arrêté royal du 19 février 1997. 

Au fil de mon cursus académique et de mes expériences au sein de la clinique universitaire d’Érasme (Bruxelles), j’ai développé un intérêt particulier pour la gastro-entérologie et l’oncologie, deux domaines dans lesquels la nutrition joue un rôle essentiel dans l’accompagnement et la qualité de vie des patients.


Ma mission ?

Vous transmettre les concepts clés de l’alimentation équilibrée et éventuellement thérapeutique et vous accompagner vers une alimentation adaptée à vos besoins, votre état de santé, votre quotidien et vos objectifs. Mon approche se veut personnalisée, bienveillante et sans culpabilité, avec l’objectif de vous aider à mettre en place des habitudes durables, sans frustration ni régimes drastiques.
