Après presque 10 ans en tant qu'infirmière, au plus près des patients, j'ai ressenti le besoin de compléter mon approche par une vision plus globale de la santé. L'ostéopathie s'est imposée à moi comme une évidence : une pratique humaine et manuelle, centrée sur l'équilibre et l'écoute du corps. 

Diplômée du Conservatoire Supérieur d'Ostéopathie (CSO) à Nanterre, en France, je m'appuie sur mon double parcours paramédical et ostéopathique pour garantir des soins adaptés et respectueux des besoins de chacun. Chaque consultation repose sur une expertise approfondie et une écoute attentive, dans le respect des spécificités de chaque patient.

Que vous consultiez pour une douleur aiguë, chronique ou un suivi préventif, mon objectif est de vous aider à retrouver confort et sérénité au quotidien.

J'accompagne mes patients à tout âge de la vie :

Mes consultations, d'une durée de 45 minutes , sont un moment de soin conçu pour répondre à vos attentes dans une approche respectueuse et bienveillante.

A consultation begins with a clinical interrogation in order to let the patient express his complaint. Passionate about the human body for as long as I can remember, I studied physiotherapy at the ULB before completing my training with 5 years of osteopathy at the CBO. As a sportsman since childhood (tennis, French boxing, running, crossfit), I like to use the knowledge acquired in these disciplines to enrich my professional practice. For me, continuing education is essential, which is why I participate in many seminars in the field of pediatrics, muscular chain, visceral, cranio-sacral and so on. Je suis diététicienne agréée, spécialisée en nutrition du sportif et en diabétologie, et passionnée par l’accompagnement nutritionnel dans toute sa diversité.

J’accueille chaque personne avec une attention particulière à son histoire, ses objectifs, et ses besoins spécifiques. Que ce soit dans le cadre d’un suivi lié à une pathologie comme le diabète, d’un objectif de performance sportive, ou encore d’un moment de vie comme la grossesse, mon approche reste la même : proposer un accompagnement sur-mesure, bienveillant, et basé sur l’écoute.

Formée à l’Université catholique de Louvain (UCL) et au CPSI, je continue à me former régulièrement afin d’offrir une prise en charge toujours actualisée et en phase avec les dernières recommandations scientifiques. • Des personnes avec des objectifs de perte ou de prise de poids, de transition alimentaire ou de rééquilibrage global ;

The purpose of the visceral work is to release some mobility restrictions and also to check the links with the column. - the functional and the craniosacral : these techniques are based on the work of the fascias.
