Je suis thérapeute en thérapies brèves, avec une formation de juriste qui m’apporte rigueur et méthode, alliées à une écoute intuitive et bienveillante.


Mon accompagnement s’articule autour de deux axes :


1. Libération 🕊️

Je vous aide à désensibiliser les traumas et les souffrances grâce à l’EMDR Méthode 4F, pour apaiser durablement les blessures émotionnelles et lever les blocages.


Je travaille avec les Constellations familiales pour révéler et transformer les dynamiques invisibles qui vous freinent.


Les thérapies psychocorporelles favorisent une reconnexion au corps en douceur, pour retrouver votre sécurité intérieure.


2. Connaissance de soi 🔍

À travers des outils comme le Human Design et le coaching, nous révélons vos potentiels, vos dons innés, vos zones de sagesse et de vulnérabilité. Ce travail vous aide à comprendre votre différence, à sortir des conditionnements et à reprendre votre place avec force et authenticité.


Mon objectif ? Vous libérer, révéler qui vous êtes et vous permettre d’avancer avec confiance.

Frédérique a un véritable don pour apporter la transformation attendue. Elle allie à la perfection un savoir être et un savoir faire. Sa présence est toute en écoute, bienveillance, douceur, curiosité, ouverture et adaptation à qui l'on est, dans sa singularité/son unicité. Elle ajoute à cela une panoplie de techniques, du coaching par questionnement (et recadrages;)), aux soins énergétiques, en passant par le human design et tant d'autres choses. Je suis ressortie des 2 séances "sur un nuage, apaisée". Avec le Human Design, je me suis mieux comprise dans certains de mes schémas récurrents et ai trouvé des pistes pour ne plus tomber dedans. Lors de la seconde séance, nous avons été encore plus loin dans le soin de certaines blessures, vivantes depuis si longtemps... Et je sens en moi cette sensation de réparation de mon monde intérieur... Difficile à expliquer... A vivre dans toute sa magie... Je vous souhaite à votre tour de vivre cette belle découverte !
