    Je sens que je commence à vraiment stresser avant d'aller au travail, et j'ai beaucoup de mal à me lever le matin. J'ai peur d'en arriver au burnout, comment je peux faire pour éviter d'en arriver là ?

    • Si vous commencez à ressentir les signes avant-coureurs de l'épuisement, c'est que vous y êtes proche. Prendre un temps et un mouvement de recul peuvent être salutaires. Je vous conseille d'en parler avec votre médecin traitant qui peut vous aider dans ce sens. Une psychothérapie peut-être indiquée pour travailler sur les mécanismes plus ancrés de cette situation.
