I am a clinical psychologist, and I support adults and couples at different stages of their lives. In consultations, I see people who are experiencing emotional difficulties such as anxiety, stress, transitional periods, personal or relational questioning, or simply the need to take some time for themselves and reassess their situation.


I also offer support around perinatal issues, when challenges related to the desire to have a child, pregnancy, the postpartum period, or parenting take on a significant role in one’s experience.


I place central importance on the therapeutic relationship and on creating a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space for listening. My approach is human and collaborative: I accompany you at your own pace, adapting to what you are experiencing, in order to help you better understand yourself and mobilize your own resources.

Une psychologue d'une grande bienveillance et très à l'écoute. Je l'ai consultée pour gérer mes angoisses durant ma grossesse. Ses conseils et son approche de la périnatalité m'ont permis de vivre mon troisième trimestre beaucoup plus paisiblement. Elle pose les mots justes sur les maux des futurs parents. Merci encore !

J’ai consulté Sophie suite à une dépression liée à la perte de mon papa. C’était une période extrêmement difficile, où je me sentais perdue, épuisée émotionnellement et un peu coupée de la vie. Dès les premières séances, Sophie a su m’accueillir avec beaucoup de douceur et d’humanité. Je me suis sentie écoutée, comprise, sans jamais me sentir jugée ou pressée. Elle m’a aidée à mettre des mots sur ma douleur, à avancer à mon rythme, et à traverser ce deuil avec plus de compréhension et de bienveillance envers moi-même. Grâce à son accompagnement, j’ai peu à peu retrouvé l’envie de vivre, de respirer à nouveau. Aujourd’hui, j’ai le sentiment de revivre après une longue pause. Ce travail m’a profondément aidée et a réellement changé ma manière d’aborder la vie.

J’ai eu la chance d’être accompagnée par une psychologue exceptionnelle durant ma grossesse et mon accouchement. Cet accompagnement a été précieux, sécurisant et profondément apaisant. Elle a su m’aider à déposer mes peurs, mes doutes et à vivre cette étape avec plus de calme et de confiance. Je recommande sincèrement à toute future maman (ou papa!) qui ressent le besoin d’être soutenue.

J’ai eu un rendez-vous extrêmement bénéfique avec cette psychologue spécialisée en périnatalité. Dès le premier échange, je me suis sentie écoutée, comprise et en totale confiance. Son approche est à la fois douce, professionnelle et très pertinente. Elle pose des questions justes, apporte des éclairages précieux et crée un espace sécurisant où l’on peut s’exprimer librement, sans jugement. Cette séance m’a vraiment aidée et je repars avec des clés concrètes et un sentiment d’apaisement.
