I am a clinical psychologist and provide support to children, adolescents, adults, and couples at different stages of life.


In therapy, I work with individuals facing anxiety, stress, emotional, relational, or family difficulties, life transitions, burnout, personal challenges, or a general decline in well-being. I also support children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, social, or adjustment difficulties.


I offer specialized support in perinatal mental health, helping individuals and couples navigate the emotional challenges related to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, parenthood, and the significant life changes that often accompany these experiences.


I also work with couples who wish to improve communication, navigate difficult periods, better understand their relationship dynamics, or strengthen their connection.


I place great importance on the therapeutic relationship and on creating a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. Together, we work at your own pace to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and foster lasting well-being.

We had a very good experience with our couple therapy sessions. She has a very understanding and balanced approach, making sure that both sides feel heard and respected. What we really appreciated was that the strategies and advice she gave were practical and applicable in real life, which helped us reflect on our situation and communication. She creates a safe and calm space to discuss difficult topics.
