De nature optimiste et empathique, j’ai toujours été prise d'une passion pour l’être humain. J'ai à coeur d'offrir un espace de sécurité et de liberté, en quête de lumière et de sens. Je travaille avec des adultes pour des séances individuelles ou de couple. J’adapte ma pratique en fonction des demandes et besoins spécifiques, prônant une rencontre singulière avec chacun, où le patient est l'acteur principal.


Dans une approche holistique qui intègre corps, esprit, contexte de vie,... Je dispose de nombreux outils. Formée à la thérapie systémique, je suis également spécialisée en EMDR, de même qu'à la PTR (hypnose conversationnelle). J'ai également la casquette de professeure de yoga, qui permet d'utiliser le corps comme vecteur de changement et d'évolution.


Je mets l'accent sur les ressources individuelles pour faire face aux difficultés passées ou présentes. Si nous ne pouvons pas changer le passé, nous pouvons néanmoins changer le regard que l’on porte sur celui-ci. On ne soigne pas des personnes, on soigne des histoires...
