Diplômé en psychologie et certifié en psycho-traumatologie, j’accompagne enfants, adolescents et adultes dans un cadre bienveillant et sécurisant, en tenant compte de vos besoins, de vos objectifs et de votre rythme. Mon approche repose avant tout sur l’échange et la réflexion, dans le respect de votre rythme et de vos priorités.


UN PLUS : L'APPROCHE PSYCHO-CORPORELLE

En complément du travail thérapeutique, je peux proposer d’intégrer une dimension psycho-corporelle.

En tant que coach et sportif de haut niveau, j’utilise, lorsque c’est pertinent, des exercices issus du sport et du coaching pour ancrer le travail dans l’action.


Chez les enfants et adolescents, cela peut être le support principal pour favoriser l’expression et l’engagement.

Chez les adultes, c’est un outil thérapeutique supplémentaire qui permet de traduire les prises de conscience en expériences concrètes.


Mon objectif est de construire avec vous un accompagnement global et évolutif, qui vous aide à avancer de manière authentique et durable.
