Psychologue clinicien formé à l’approche systémique et aux outils issus de la thérapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC), je vous accueille dans un cadre bienveillant, respectueux de votre rythme et de votre parole.


Je propose un accompagnement centré sur les blessures émotionnelles, les croyances limitantes et les loyautés invisibles qui nous enferment dans des schémas répétitifs. Mon approche vise à comprendre les racines de la souffrance, tout en mettant en place des stratégies concrètes pour en sortir.


La dimension comportementale est essentielle dans ma pratique : j’intègre régulièrement des exercices pratiques et des expositions progressives pour aider à dépasser les blocages.


Je vous accompagne notamment dans les problématiques suivantes : Troubles anxieux (anxiété généralisée, attaque de panique/crise d'angoisse, TOC, phobies), Traumatismes, Confiance en soi, Dépression, Difficultés relationnelles (conflits, dépendance affective, harcèlement).


Je suis également formé à l’EMDR, une méthode efficace pour le traitement des traumatismes et souvenirs douloureux.
