Pas aimer du tout n’a même pas pris la peine de venir me chercher en bas alors que c’était la première fois que je venais pas de secrétaire à l’accueil également pour donner des infos, je l’ai trouvé très hautaine et pas d’empathie j’avais l’impression de parler à un mur ou à une inconnue dans la rue et non à un psychologue sois disant spécialisé, j’ai vu qu’elle était conventionné d’où la raison pour laquelle j’ai consulté pour ensuite me dire à la fin du rdv non je le suis mais uniquement pour 4 patients alors que la secrétaire et le cabinet ne m’a rien dit pour me facturer 80 euro qui n’en valait même pas la peine je recommande pas du tout très déçu.

Bonjour, Je regrette que cette première consultation n’ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Je souhaite toutefois apporter une précision concernant le tarif conventionné. Les modalités relatives aux consultations conventionnées sont clairement indiquées sur mon profil de l’agenda doctor Anytime. Il est spécifié que je dispose que de 4 h par semaine et qu’il faut me contacter au préalable pour savoir si j’ai des disponibilités ou pas. Concernant l’accueil et le déroulement de la consultation, je regrette que vous ne vous soyez pas sentie accueillie et accompagnée de la manière que vous attendiez lors de celle-ci. J’ai à coeur d’offrir un climat bienveillant de confiance à mes patients. Je vous remercie pour votre retour et vous souhaite une bonne continuation dans votre parcours de soin.
