Je suis formée à plusieurs approches complémentaires : thérapie comportementale et cognitive (TCC), hypnose thérapeutique, EMDR, et outils de coaching de vie.

J’accompagne les adultes et adolescents autour de problématiques variées : stress, anxiété, burn-out, hypersensibilité, confiance en soi, transitions de vie, deuil, blocages émotionnels, ou besoin de changement profond.

Les séances se déroulent en présentiel à Waterloo, dans un cadre naturel et atypique, ou en visio pour plus de flexibilité.

J'ai eu une expérience très positive avec cette psychologue, qui a su m'écouter avec bienveillance et sans jugement. Elle crée un espace sécurisant où l'on se sent compris et respecté.
