I offer psychological support grounded in attentive listening. Each individual carries a unique life story, and sessions provide a reflective space to pause, take the time, and articulate what is unfolding in your experience, at your own pace.

This work is a form of self-exploration that helps illuminate recurring patterns in your life, deepen understanding of the origins of certain difficulties, and make sense of experiences that may at times feel confusing or distressing. Over time, the process allows for the gradual unraveling of internal tensions—like untangling a thread that has been knotted for too long—and supports the re-appropriation of your own life narrative.

I pay particular attention to diverse life trajectories and cultural contexts. Each person’s way of inhabiting the world is singular, and this individuality is fully honored in the therapeutic process.
