J’accompagne les personnes en burn-out à travers une approche globale qui tient compte à la fois du corps et de l’esprit.


Mon objectif : vous aider à restaurer rapidement votre énergie, comprendre les mécanismes qui vous ont conduit à l’épuisement et vous donner des outils concrets pour vous en protéger durablement.


Mes principaux outils sont la thérapie brève orientée solutions, l’analyse transactionnelle et la thérapie systémique.


Le burn-out touche souvent des personnes investies, courageuses et pleines de valeurs, mais qui se retrouvent prisonnières de la culpabilité, du déni ou de la honte. Mon rôle est de vous guider vers le lâcher-prise, le changement et un nouvel élan d’épanouissement.


Mon approche est personnalisée : j’explore avec vous vos modes de fonctionnement, vos schémas répétitifs et votre contexte de vie pour agir là où c’est le plus utile — et mobiliser vos ressources pour enclencher le changement dès maintenant.
