As a clinical psychologist, I’m here to help you gain a better understanding of yourself, overcome current obstacles, and move towards a more fulfilling life.


My sessions start with developing a holistic and personalized image of the current psychological vulnerability, by taking into account the biological, environmental, and social factors that may come into play. My therapeutic process is then based upon Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.


For now I mainly address the themes of burnout, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. More specifically for adolescents, I also approach challenges such as self-harm, academic pressure, ADHD, and harassment at school.


Thanks to my international background and internship at a refugee centre, I am able to navigate through diverse cultural perspectives. My doctoral research has also given me insight into the importance of our environment, especially nature, on our mental health.
