Elise Monier

I am a clinical psychologist and integrative psychotherapist, I work with adults in both French and English. I welcome you into a warm, safe, and compassionate setting that supports meaningful therapeutic work.

With a background in addiction work, I also have solid experience supporting individuals facing anxiety disorders, mood disorders, sleep difficulties, and trauma. I am trained in EMDR therapy to further refine the support I can offer those who have lived through challenging or overwhelming experiences.

I also work with individuals presenting psychiatric comorbidities, such as schizophrenia, with a focus on providing respectful, adapted, and accessible care.

My approach is integrative: I draw on different therapeutic modalities to tailor the tools and the process to your pace, your personality, and your needs. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all model — it is something we build together, uniquely for you.
