    I need a method of coping with anxiety and stress. I come to the point where the brain cannot find the way out and I start having physical problems with stomach issues. I know that everything is connected and I need advice how to deal with it.

    • Anxiety and stress can manifest physically, so it's understandable that you're experiencing stomach issues. There are a number of coping mechanisms that address both the mental and physical aspects of anxiety: Mindfulness, grounding, deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, journaling, but also having a daily routine and good sleep hygiene.
