Psychologue clinicienne, j’adopte une approche intégrative qui combine les thérapies comportementales dont la thérapie d’acceptation et d’engagement (ACT) et les courants humanistes.

Je propose un espace calme pour ralentir, revenir à l’essentiel et prêter attention à l’esprit, aux émotions et au corps. Pas à pas, nous apprenons à faire de la place à ce qui est là, à clarifier ce qui compte pour vous et à remettre du mouvement au rythme qui vous convient.

Ce chemin invite à une présence plus bienveillante à soi et à la capacité de se soutenir de l’intérieur, portée par l’autocompassion et la pleine conscience.


Je reçois les adultes et adolescents au centre Ama Sana et les enfants à la clinique St-Elisabeth.

Conventionnée (gratuit) pour les jeunes jusque 23 ans qui sont en ordre de mutuelle.

Je possède le VISA de psychologue clinicienne et je suis membre de la Commission belge des psychologues, ceci vous permet également de bénéficier d’un remboursement partiel en fonction de votre mutuelle.
