C’est avec bienveillance et respect de votre temporalité que je vous accueille dans mon cabinet. En fonction de la demande, je proposerais d’ouvrir la séance aux proches concernés par la situation et ce, afin de pouvoir réfléchir ensemble et mobiliser les ressources du système de la personne (familial, conjugal, fraternel…). J’accorde beaucoup d’importance à ce que la personne soit prise en compte dans sa globalité : au niveau affectif, intellectuel et corporel, et si ça a du sens, je propose un travail en parallèle avec d’autres thérapeutes (sophrologue, kinésithérapeute…). Soucieuse de rester connectée aux différentes avancées, je participe à des séminaires et je suis une formation sur la psychothérapie systémique pour devenir thérapeute familiale.
