Je suis psychologue clinicienne, spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des enfants et des adolescents.

Je suis également formée à la thérapie EMDR, une approche reconnue pour le traitement des traumatismes, des blocages émotionnels et des expériences de vie difficiles, chez l’adulte comme chez l’enfant.

Dans mon accompagnement, je prends en compte l’ensemble de la dynamique familiale et propose aussi un soutien à la parentalité, afin d’aider les parents à mieux comprendre les besoins psychiques de leur enfant et à adapter leurs réponses éducatives.

Les problématiques que je prends en charge incluent notamment :

– les troubles émotionnels ou du comportement chez l’enfant ou l’adolescent

– les états de stress post-traumatique, les angoisses, les troubles de l’attachement

– les difficultés liées à l’histoire adoptive, l’identité, les séparations ou les questions d’origine

– les périodes de transition familiale (naissance, adolescence, recomposition, etc.)
