Je recommande vivement ! J'ai été accueillie avec beaucoup de bienveillance et d'écoute. L'ostéopathe prend vraiment le temps de comprendre les douleurs et de les expliquer de manière simple et claire, ce qui est très rassurant.     Bonjour, depuis quelques mois, j'ai une forte douleur au milieu du dos, mais seulement par phase et seulement dans certaines positions : quand je suis couché sur le dos par exemple. Si j'applique une pression dessus, ça m'apaise. Je n'ai pas d'activité physique la journée, je travaille sur un ordinateur. Comment pourrais-je soulager cette douleur ?

    • Bonjour, vous pourriez déjà commencer par regarder si vous avez une bonne posture au bureau. La posture joue beaucoup sur les tensions au niveau du dos et de la nuque qu'on ressent le soir. Si vous avez mal couché, c'est peut-être que votre matelas n'est plus adapté. Si c'est des douleur de type musculaire vous pouvez mettre du chaud dessus (bouillotte, coussin chauffant...) ou faire des étirements. Si ça ne passe pas, alors ça vaut le coup de prendre un rendez-vous et qu'on regarde ensemble. Bien à vous, Sonia RIJLLART

    Bonjour, le bilan a été fait chez l'ORL et d'où la prescription d'une IRM. En attendant, quel prestataire peut soulager mes bourdonnements et grésillements à l'oreille ? Un kinésithérapeute ? Un osthéopathe ? Merci d'avance pour vos réponses.

    • Bonjour, si l'ORL ne vous a pas parlé de kiné, je ne sais pas s'il est utile d'aller voir un kiné vestibulaire à ce stade, d'autant plus qu'il vous faut une ordonnance pour y aller. Pour les acouphènes, on peut essayer certaines techniques d'ostéopathie pour les soulager. Les résultats dépendront de la cause des acouphènes, certains sont hors de notre champ de compétences. Mais ça peut valoir le coup d'essayer une séance. À vous de voir. Bien à vous

    Bonjour, je souffre de la hanche gauche depuis quelques temps, j'ai déjà fait tous les examens, ils m'ont diagnostiqué une bursite cela fait plus de 5 ans, le mal devient de plus en plus fort quand je marche ça devient insupportable, je dois m'arrêter tous les 5 mètres que dois-je faire ? merci d'avance

    • Bonjour.Typiquement pour les bruites du grand trochanter, on préconise un traitement par infiltrations (faites avec un médecin orthopédiste). Vous pouvez aussi faire de la kinésithérapie. En ostéopathie, nos techniques se limitent à un traitement des tensions des muscles autour de la hanche pour essayer de diminuer la pression dans l'articulation et ré-équilibrer les différents groupes musculaires.
