Osteopath, Mathieu Grégoire graduated from the Catholic University of Louvain where he obtained a degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation in 1998 and a degree in sports physiotherapy in 1999. He graduated in 2009, specializing in pediatric and perinatal osteopathy. He treats and helps his patients to prevent migraines, neck pain, jaw problems, lumbago and problems occurring during sports activities. You can also consult him for an emergency, for a back problem or for a jaw problem. He treats children, pregnant women and infants. He is punctual and receives his patients in his private practice located in La Louvière and in Péronnes-Les-Binches (Rue J Wauters, 191) at the Centre thérapeutique "les Oranges", two clean and calm environments. I have 5 years of experience as an osteopath in my own home (after a 5-year training at the IAO, completed in 2016) and 11 years as a physiotherapist in a medical home with a very diversified care and a sharp knowledge of orthopedic disorders, sharpened by a 5-year experience as an assistant and lecturer at the International Academy of Osteopathy (Gent). His approach is based on 3 pillars: Listening: I take the time to make a good history and clinical examination with each patient to make a diagnosis. Techniques : I provide several types of osteopathic techniques : mobilizations, myotensive techniques, manipulations, cranial or visceral techniques, inhibition, hooking... Time: The session lasts 60 minutes in order to ensure a qualitative care to each patient. I deeply love my job and am comfortable with all types of people.

Je suis diplômée d’un master en Ostéopathie délivré par le Conservatoire Supérieur d'Ostéopathie de Paris.

Mon approche est rigoureuse, douce et respectueuse du corps, avec une écoute attentive et une prise en charge globale. Mon traitement est adapté à mes patients afin de restaurer leur mobilité et de réduire leurs douleurs via des techniques douces.

Je propose des séances d’ostéopathie pour tous; aussi bien pour les nourrissons que pour les enfants, les adolescents, les femmes enceintes, les adultes, les sportifs ou les personnes âgées. Chaque prise en charge est adaptée au patient afin de soulager les douleurs et de rétablir l’équilibre du corps.

L’ostéopathie peut aider à apaiser de nombreux troubles : douleurs cervicales, dorsales ou lombaires, douleurs d'épaules, de hanches, de genoux ou de pieds, torticolis, sciatiques, migraines, tensions de la mâchoire (ATM), troubles digestifs, inconforts liés au stress, à l’anxiété, afin de restaurer l’équilibre global du patient.

Etant passionnée par l'accompagnement autour de la maternité, je suis spécialisée en ostéopathie pédiatrique et périnatale. J’assure le suivi des femmes en désir de grossesse, des femmes enceintes et des femmes après leur accouchement. Je prends soin des nourrissons pour corriger les déformations crâniennes positionnelles, les inconforts digestifs, les troubles de la succion et favoriser leur bon développement. Lorsque l’enfant grandit, je veille à l’équilibre postural et au bon déroulement de la marche, dans une approche toujours à l’écoute des parents et de l’enfant.

J’accompagne également les femmes dans leurs troubles gynécologiques tels que l’endométriose, l’adénomyose, le SOPK, les règles douloureuses ou encore les douleurs périnéales.

Je pratique différentes techniques ostéopathiques - structurelle, articulaire, fonctionnelle, viscérale et crânienne – adaptée au patient et en accord avec ce dernier.

Graduated from a Master in Osteopathy (M.Ost) at the European School of Osteopathy in 2019 in England, I worked for 4 years in various practices before moving back to Belgium. She welcomes you at the PsyOs Center in Temploux (Chaussée de Nivelles 372) and in Lustin (Rue des Quatres Arbres 86). Expert in general, pediatric and perinatal osteopathy, she conducts her consultations in French and English. Punctual, she receives her patients in a clean room for various consultations: lumbago, cervical pain, migraine, jaw problem, costal pain, stress management and back problem. She accepts children, pregnant women as well as infants. You can also consult her for an emergency.

Attiré par le contact humain et le sport en général, j’ai débuté comme kinésithérapeute en 1999. Je me suis ensuite spécialisé en kiné du sport. Très vite confronté aux douleurs aiguës et aux pertes de mobilités, je me suis orienté vers l’ostéopathie. J’ai terminé mon cursus en 2010 pour lancer mon cabinet de Haut-Ittre. C’est avec l’envie de participer à la réussite du sportif en lui permettant d’approcher ses capacités maximales et en lui apprenant à écouter son corps que je rejoins également l’équipe Health & Sports Care du centre Mounier à Woluwé. L’ostéopathie s’adresse à toutes et à tous: femmes enceintes, sportifs de haut niveau, amateurs ou sédentaires. There is no pain whose cause is obvious and immediately attributable to a localized dysfunction. Often the origin of the pain is to be found in areas other than those affected. For example, a common backache may result from excessive fatigue in the foot or a malfunctioning jaw. Similarly, would you ever have imagined that overloading the intestines can induce headaches? Our body is a machine with complex gears and countless transmission belts. Being able to find the right key to interpret when the warning light of pain turns on, identifying its origin, looking at the patient in all his complexity, and being able to guarantee him lasting benefit are the greatest satisfaction that this work can give me.

Impliquée dans le sport depuis un très jeune âge, j'ai toujours été passionnée par le corps humain et ses réactions face aux blessures et dérèglements dont il peut être affecté. Très vite, j'ai été attirée par la kinésithérapie pour le contact humain et cet attrait du corps. J'ai ensuite voulu m'orienter vers l'ostéopathie pour son approche plus holistique, la prise en considération du patient dans sa globalité, en être entièrement à l'écoute pour l'aider au mieux.

The training I received and my experience allow me to say today that my practice is as varied as the clinical situations I have encountered. Indeed, I consider that each technique must be adapted to the patient's situation and needs. I have been able to perfect my practice by completing it with a clinical medical examination and learning what to do in case of remarkable symptoms in order to conduct the sessions in complete safety.
