  hello , i have a nerve sciatic pain , which specialist should i contact please ?

    For this type of pain, you can contact a osteopath or a physiotherapist. They are both usefull to treat the pain. However, if the compression of the sciatic nerve come from the back (from a hernia for example), these specialists may not be enough. In this cas, an orthopedist could give you an infiltration. But befort that, you should try the non-invasive treatment.

  Hello, my shoulder is about a few centimeters out of place since i landed on it strangely. My question is how serious this can be since I still have full range of motion although it does feel unstable in certain positions when I do sports and which doctor I need to see to put it back into place.

    If you have full range of motion and you don't feel any pain, it is not that serious. If it was fully dislocated, you wouldn't be able to move it without a lot of pain. Although, if you feel it instable, my advice is to see a physiotherapist to reinforce your shoulder muscles and evoid the dislocation to happen again. Also, the doctor best able to give you advice for that kind of problem is an orthopedist.
