Approche holistique pertinente. Travail ostéopathique en profondeur pour détendre chaînes musculaires et ligamentaires ainsi que les articulations bloquées. Durant cette première séance, Nicolas a choisi de travailler sur le gros œuvre plutôt que sur les fascias. J'y retournerai pour la suite du chantier mal de dos dont je souffre depuis plusieurs années.
