J’ai consulté Salvatrice Piazza à Schaerbeek et j’étais vraiment content. Elle m’a donné plein de conseils en alimentation, super concrets et faciles à suivre. Elle m’a fait découvrir des aliments que je ne connaissais pas du tout et qui sont devenus des petits nouveaux favoris chez moi. Ce que j’ai particulièrement aimé, c’est qu’elle a adapté ses recommandations à mon quotidien et à mon mode de vie, sans me demander des choses impossibles. Du coup, j’ai pu mettre en place des changements progressivement et sans stress. Depuis que j’applique ses conseils, je me sens vraiment beaucoup mieux, tant au niveau de l’énergie que du bien-être général !
