I had a great experience with dr Abou-Zeid. He listened to me carefully and prepared a very detailed report for me after the session, the plan perfectly fits in my daily routine without too much stress / change-management. I'm enthusiastic and hope the path together will continue well.

Pierre Abou-Zeid is simply great. He is teaching you how to change your food / eating habits. There is work to be done but it somehow feel almost effortless. There is no stress, no pressure, it is a process and it takes time with ups and downs. Moreover, he is answering all the questions via the app. He responds quickly. There is no stupid questions. He is simply Dietitian - Magician :) as I call him. Highly recommended. He has his consultations in various location which is also a big plus.

    Hello Sir/Madam, I want to control my blood sugar levels (Fasting Blood sugar level currently is 115 mg/dl, two hours after food it was 165 mg/dl). I am trying to conceive and I had 2 miscarriages last year. What should I do, should I see a dietician or endocrinologist ? Please guide me.
