I can also help you on: the choice of the food to be privileged, to decipher the lists of the ingredients and the nutritional labels, the modes of cooking,? The first consultation (60 minutes) is the occasion to make knowledge, to make your nutritional and dietetic assessment and morphological analysis (if necessary). This will allow me to create your file and give you the first advice according to your needs and requests. We will then schedule follow-up consultations (20-30 minutes) to continue the accompaniment and adjust if necessary
