Hey, ik ben Silke! Ik ben sinds 2016 aan de slag als zelfstandige diëtist.

Mijn passie voor voeding zit in mijn genen, aangezien mijn ouders allebei kok van opleiding zijn. Vanaf het middelbaar onderwijs kreeg ik meer interesse in voeding en de relatie van voeding met onze gezondheid. Toen wist ik al dat ik voor de opleiding Voedings- en dieetkunde zou kiezen. Ik hou ervan om mensen te kunnen begeleiden en ondersteunen in hun zoektocht naar een gezonde levensstijl. Wanneer mensen zich terug goed in hun vel voelen, maakt dat mij zeer gelukkig!

Mijn passie voor een gezonde levensstijl deel ik via Facebook en Instagram aan de hand van tips, interessante weetjes en lekkere, gezonde recepten.

Silke is vriendelijk en meelevend. Ik krijg heel veel goede raad en ze helpt me ook met voorbeelden van gezonde maaltijden. Ze neemt echt haar tijd om te luisteren. Zelfs buiten de consultatie krijg ik nog belangrijke info van haar.
