J'ai vu Hélène pour un régime bien spécifique et elle a été au top. Elle a vraiment pris le temps de m'écouter et de s'adapter, on sent que c'est du sur-mesure. J'ai eu des réponses claires à mes questions et elle est super bienveillante, ça met direct en confiance. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Très moyennement satisfaite du rendez-vous (malheureusement j'ai été biaisée par tous les commentaires si positifs). Je n'ai pas eu l'impression que les explications m'étaient réellement adaptées mais plutôt qu'un discours préétabli était récité, c'était très express. Il y avait également certaines "blagues" qui étaient assez déplacées lorsqu'on ne connaît pas le patient et qu'on ne s'intéresse pas un minimum à la raison de la démarche. Et je n'ai pas forcément appris grand chose de plus que je ne savais déjà.

Hélène est vraiment super comme nutritionniste. elle a toujours une petite touche d'humour et un accompagnement très bien structuré et cadré. Ses conseils ont apporté des résultats en peu de temps !
