Michelle is a therapist at Think Outside. Michelle is known as a body-oriented - creative therapist, facilitator, coach, innovative and creative jack-of-all-trades. Doing and experiencing are central in this guidance. By actively working in the here and now with all kinds of visual materials, we can come to insight and growth. We approach all kinds of themes, problems, educational questions and much more in a creative way in order to bring back some perspective, breathing space and openness. Through all kinds of expressive possibilities (adapted to your size!) we will work with your thinking, acting and feeling. Together we will look at how we can give shape to your process. The following subjects can certainly come up for discussion: dealing with mourning, divorce, fears, depressed feelings, dealing with aggression, ASD, pedagogical questions, self-confidence and self-image, attention difficulties, ...

J'ai allaité longtemps mes enfants, pas toujours facilement, et je me suis rendue compte, avec le temps, qu'on manque beaucoup d'informations concernant ce sujet. Beaucoup de mamans sont perdues entre les différentes versions données, les conseils de l'entourage,... . Elles ressentent des douleurs sans savoir quoi faire et parfois arrêtent brutalement et en souffrent. Je me suis donc informée et formée afin d'en faire mon métier et de transmettre mon savoir en m'appuyant sur des preuves scientifiques. J'aimerais aider les futures mamans ainsi que les mamans qui le souhaitent en les préparant à l'allaitement durant leur grossesse. C'est un acte naturel mais il faut quand même apprendre. Tu es enceinte et tu as besoin d'informations sur l'allaitement ? Tu veux te préparer en amont afin de te lancer dans cette aventure en prenant des décisions éclairées ? Tu as un problème et tu aimerais qu'on t'aide, te conseille et te soutienne ? Tu arrives au bout de ton allaitement et aimerais de l'aiee pour arrêter ? Je suis conseillère en allaitement certifiée et je suis là pour toi. Je propose mes services en vidéoconférence pour pouvoir accompagner le plus grand nombre de femmes.

Coaching classiques, coaching avec zoothérapie et/ou médiation par l'animal ce compris l'hippothérapie, la massothérapie et les massages de relaxation et d'apprentissage du "lâcher prise".

Votre rendez-vous concerne une analyse de composition corporelle réalisée avec l’appareil InBody. Cette analyse permet d’évaluer plusieurs paramètres, notamment :

• La masse musculaire et sa répartition
• La masse graisseuse et son pourcentage
• L’eau corporelle (intra et extracellulaire)
• L’IMC (Indice de Masse Corporelle)
• Le métabolisme de base
• L’indice de graisse viscérale

Veuillez noter qu’il ne s’agit pas d’une consultation avec un spécialiste, mais uniquement d’une analyse. À l’issue du rendez-vous, vous recevrez un rapport détaillé que vous pourrez transmettre à votre médecin traitant pour toute interprétation ou suivi complémentaire.

Ik ben Lily geboren in 1975, moeder van en handvol leuke dochters. Ik ben een empathisch, sociaal, begripvol persoon. Vanuit mijn sociaal-agogische opleiding, systemisch en contextueel denkkader geloof ik in de mogelijkheden en krachten van mensen. Oog hebben voor kwetsbaarheden en deze personen ondersteunen zodat ze zichzelf kunnen versterken, daar geloof ik in. Voor mij was het dan ook een logisch gegeven dat ik me ging specialiseren in Sekstherapie, Communicatie, Relatietherapeute, Psychotherapie en Bemiddeling. Wat ertussen en onder mensen gebeurt heeft een enorme impact op het welbevinden, de beleving van een persoon en als koppel. Miscommunicatie tussen personen kan de oorzaak van conflicten zijn. Soms komen dingen terug, als een grammofoonplaat die blijft hangen. Conflicten tussen en onder mensen zijn enorme krachtbronnen die niet altijd iets goed voortbrengen. Met een cliënt- oplossingsgerichte systemische aanpak uitstippelen hoe de cliënten hun doelstellingen kunnen bereiken is mijn uitgangspunt, met de nodige emotionele ondersteuning. Dit doen we door samen de hulpvraag duidelijk te stellen en te formuleren en ook concreet te maken hoe je je doelstellingen wilt bereiken. Mijn uitgangspunt is het doel waarmee iemand binnenkomt, in personal coaching zowel als relatie coaching. Iemand heeft een doel, ik help hem of haar om dat doel te bereiken. Als Psychotherapeute, Sekstherapeute , Relatietherapeute, Mediator, Ouderschapsconsulente en Scheidingscoach wil ik U daarbij helpen in Medpoint Sint-Truiden.

I am a marriage and family counselor (since 2012) and a facilitator (since 2001). I welcome in consultation single people, couples, teenagers and children. I accompany people in their requests in the here and now with kindness and empathy.

This work allows each person to find within themselves the resources and keys to get through a problem or a difficulty in life. The tools are Californian massage, Korean relaxation, shiatsu, foot reflexology, ..... Each step is accompanied by integration for the body and therefore for life.
