Systemic psychologist with "one foot in mental health, one foot in the working world", my services are intended for any adult who wishes to... * To know themselves better * To get support in case of personal difficulties: malaise, lack of self-confidence, emotional management, hypersensitivity, domestic violence, high potential... Professional difficulties: suffering at work, stress, burn-out, harassment, covid context... * A space just for oneself (oxygen bubble) How? Individual interviews (face-to-face or videoconference) or thematic modules in groups. In a caring environment, during interactive exchanges based on the systemic approach and/or art therapy. These two approaches are used separately or in a complementary way, according to the preferences and needs of the person who solicits me. Both approaches focus on resources (internal, relational, professional, creative...), and each one allows me to highlight, support and strengthen these same resources with the people and groups who call upon me.

Many preconceived ideas still surround the profession of psychologist, but consulting a psychologist does not mean being crazy, being sick or being weak, on the contrary. To consult a psychologist is to be aware of your difficulties and to accept that a professional will accompany you through a difficult time in your life.

Psychologue clinicienne diplômée de l’université Libre de Bruxelles, agréée par la Commission des Psychologues et détentrice du visa clinicien, je suis spécialisée dans le suivi d’enfants, d’adolescents et de familles. 

J’accompagne les jeunes et/ou leurs familles à retrouver de la créativité et du mouvement lorsqu’il est devenu difficile de bouger et de se penser. Mon orientation est systémique mais j’utilise aussi des outils d’autres courants et disciplines comme la psychologie humaniste, la gestalt, la TCC, le dessin ou encore le théâtre. 

Grâce à mes diverses formations et expériences professionnelles, j’ai approfondi mes connaissances sur :

– La neuroatypie (TSA, TDA/H, HP, etc) ; 

– Les troubles psychotiques ;

– Les troubles anxieux ;

– Les troubles de l’humeur ;

– Les problèmes relationnels (liés à la famille, au milieu scolaire…).
