Psychologue clinicienne, je propose un accompagnement bienveillant et adapté aux besoins de chacun. Je m’inspire de l’approche systémique pour comprendre la personne dans son environnement et ses relations. J’accompagne les enfants, adolescents et adultes rencontrant diverses problématiques telles que l’anxiété, la gestion des émotions, les difficultés relationnelles et scolaires.

J’ai également un intérêt particulier pour l’accompagnement des personnes avec un trouble du spectre de l’autisme (TSA) et/ou un trouble du déficit de l’attention avec ou sans hyperactivité (TDAH). Mon approche vise à soutenir leur compréhension d’eux-mêmes, leur bien-être au quotidien et leur adaptation aux défis qu’ils rencontrent, tout en valorisant leurs forces et ressources.

Mon objectif est d’offrir un espace sécurisant où chacun peut s’exprimer librement et avancer à son rythme.
