Who am I? If this question seems simple on the surface, it actually encompasses a subtle mix of meanings, values, representations, experiences, images, skills and much more. My experience has shown me that the difficulties encountered by individuals are often linked to relational and emotional axes. I apply effective psychotherapy techniques to help patients understand themselves and to encourage them to adopt new attitudes in the face of the challenges they face. I approach the difficulties encountered by my patients through a systemic axis that includes all of your inter-personal relationships as well as through a more behavioral axis that will aim to focus on your thought patterns, in other words, your way of perceiving and interpreting the world around you. I also use Ericksonian hypnosis which allows me to work very effectively on a set of daily difficulties with a focus on your emotional feelings rather than your personal history. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic formula that will instantly solve all your problems, but a process that requires as much investment from the patient as from the therapist. In the end, small changes such as learning to deal with feelings of sadness or fear can lead to big wins. I seek to foster your own reflection and resources so that you can reconnect with yourself. My approach to therapy advocates a non-pathological reading of your experience in order to work collaboratively with you in a trusting relationship for the short or long term depending on your needs. With a Master's degree in Public Law and Political Science, I decided to complete my training with a degree in Clinical Psychology in order to be able to be closer to the difficulties of the people I accompany. I am also trained in Ericksonian Hypnosis, a diploma certified by l'Arche, Paris, and also in Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT), a diploma from the psychiatry department of the Brugmann Hospital, in order to be able to help couples and families effectively. Concerning my passions, I am a dancer and musician, music producer, beatmaker, multi-instrumentalist. Dance and music are for me two privileged means of expression with considerable resources.

Actuellement, je poursuis une formation continue en vue de devenir psychothérapeute systémicienne spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des familles et des couples.

Je travaille dans le secteur de l’aide à la jeunesse, où j’assure le suivi de jeunes pris en charge dans le cadre de mesures judiciaires ordonnées par le tribunal de la jeunesse.

Je suis psychologue clinicienne (enfants et adolescents), ayant réalisée mes études à l'Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve, où j'ai obtenu un master à finalité spécialisée pour enfants, adolescents et famille.

J'accueille vos enfants et adolescents dans un cadre chaleureux et bienveillant, quel que soit le motif de la consultation. 

Psychologue clinicienne agréée, je complète ma formation avec une spécialisation en psychothérapie intégrative. Cette approche s'inspire de plusieurs courants de la psychologie en privilégiant les méthodes validées scientifiquement, notamment empruntées à la thérapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC). Le choix des outils et des objectifs se fait avec vous, en fonction de vos besoins et préférences, et seront réévalués au fil du suivi. Je propose un suivi bienveillant et dénué de jugement afin d'accompagner toute personne faisant face à des difficultés dans son parcours de vie. J'ai pu acquérir de l'expérience dans le travail avec les adolescents, les jeunes adultes et les adultes. Je reçois toute personne à partir de 15 ans.
